Visit our online portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware to ensure they remain safe during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

Affix the shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home collection for oversized furniture.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
